Keep frozen until ready to use.
  1. Place liquid* and smoothie powder in blender container, using amounts indicated in chart.
  2. Add fruit; cover with lid.
  3. Blend on High 1 minute or until smooth, stopping to scrape down side of blender container as necessary.

* Use juice or water to prepare your smoothie. Have fun trying different liquids! We recommend cranberry, orange or pineapple juice. For an extra-creamy smoothie, try regular, soy or almond milk. Or, substitute yogurt for half of the juice.

  1. For each serving, add 2 tablespoons granola or cereal flakes.
  2. Try adding in 1 tablespoon wheat germ or flax seed per serving.
  3. Add a sprinkle of coconut per serving.
  4. Blend in a little chocolate syrup.
NOTE: Smoothie will be thick. To drink through straw, it may be necessary to add a little more liquid.
