- Place liquid* and smoothie powder in blender container, using amounts indicated in chart.
- Add fruit; cover with lid.
- Blend on High 1 minute or until smooth, stopping to scrape down side of blender container as necessary.
* Use juice or water to prepare your smoothie. Have fun trying different liquids! We recommend cranberry, orange or apple juice. For an extra-creamy smoothie, try regular, soy or almond milk. Or, substitute yogurt for half of the juice.
