CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI ALFREDO

Makes 4 servings

3 cups (1/2 of 1-lb. box) penne pasta
1 bag frozen VIP® Deluxe Broccoli Florets
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup jarred Alfredo sauce
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
DIRECTIONS

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the cooking water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.

Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken and garlic in melted butter in large skillet until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in Alfredo sauce, milk, cheese and basil. Simmer 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Toss pasta and broccoli with sauce.
