Keep frozen until ready to use. For fresh-picked quality, serve raspberries while still slightly frozen. Do not refreeze thawed raspberries.
Room Temperature Thaw:
- Place desired amount of raspberries in single layer on plate.
- Let stand 30 to 45 minutes or until almost completely thawed.
- Pour a serving of raspberries into a microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on Defrost (30% power) 1 minute; stir gently. Continue microwaving 30 seconds to 1 minute or until almost completely thawed.
