Keep frozen until ready to use. For fresh-picked quality, serve mango while still slightly frozen. Do not refreeze thawed mango.

Room Temperature Thaw:

  1. Place desired amount of mango in single layer on plate.
  2. Let stand 30 to 45 minutes or until almost completely thawed.
Quick Thaw:
  1. Pour a serving of mango into a microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on Defrost (30% power) 1 minute; stir gently. Continue microwaving 30 seconds to 1 minute or until almost thawed.
